Pansaia Plumbing Co., Ltd is a company which has a more
than ten-year experience in producing plumbing fittings.
Located in Tonglu County of Hangzhou city , by the beautiful
Fuchun River, the company is 80km away from Hangzhou,
with the 320 national highway running through, it is very
convenient both in transportation and communication. We
are a sino-foreign joint venture in possession of $1.08
million register capital, and the company is over 46200
square meters in acreage, with the workshop coverage of
over 30000 square meters. The total assets of our company
is more than 45 million RMB Yuan. The company has a work
staff of more than 600 people. As a professional OEM manufacturer
of plumbing fittings, we mainly specialize in various
kind of Pop-up drains, Trap, Flexible water connector,
Bend tube for kitchen faucets etc. On production, we have
casting, machining, stamping, polishing, plating and bend
tube workshop, and also we equiped with advanced Assembling
line. The annual production ability of our company is
about more than 7 million sets of pop-up drain. The whole
company, under the guidance of “Manufacturing high quality
plumbing fittings, expanding Panasia′s hundred years career”
, now is dedicated to provide products to the markets
both home and aboard. And we also have equipped all types
of advanced testing equipments to ensure product quality,
such as Projection machine, thickness testing equipment,
and Pressure testing, life cycle testing equipments etc.
We have a management team consiste of 50 technicians and
manage experts undertaking tasks of technical development,
quality control and management. In order to improve our
management and quality control, we have adopts Kindee
ERP system. We have passed ISO9001-2000, and also have
passed NSF 61-9 for Flexible water connectors.
